My only suggestion would be to remove the end table closest to the bar stools and instead put it in between the two chairs. Doing so will make access into that room easier.

If your drawing is to scale, 8 x 10's look perfect.

Maybe start with the chairs by the window with the table between them and then if you feel you need more seating 1 chair and a side table where you have you have the 2 chairs in the drawing. I would do the 2 chairs matching and then the 3rd if needed in a different fabric
