White Spots on Miniature Rose Leaves

I'm seeing some white spots/discoloration on the leaves of my mini rose, which is planted in a terra cotta pot indoors. Does anyone know what this is a symptom of and how I can treat this problem? I trimmed away all of these white spotted leaves last week and, today, several other leaves are now showing these white spots.
Any suggestion would be much appreciated!
