Inches are inches. Paint it same as the other walls, and define the space with area rugs, furniture, art....... visually break it up in other words. The paint will not change the wall.

I'm using SW Mindful Gray because I like it and also have 3 gallons of it. Would you paint the entire basement that color or add another color like SW Eider White or SW Homburg Gray or SW Dovetail?

Get enough paint, for the project. Whichever color you select. Paint is chosen based on your light, your furnishings ON your site.

What is going into the space ? The best way to minimize a long wall is to break it up with caibents. For instance if this is a TV spave once the TV and cabinet for the TV stuff is installed the wall will not feel as long.Wall color is IMO the last thing you choose and that color is pretty drab for a space with no natural light but we would need to see all of the finishes , furniture etc that is going into the space.
