vent hood for kitchen

What is best vent hood to get? I am refreshing my 1950's brick ranch kitchen. 8 ft. ceilings. I currently have GE stainless gas stove. I removed the cabinets on both sides of stove and also removed the overhead microwave. I need a vent hood now. Any suggestions of manufacturers and also how to match the stainless finish.
