My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.
If you are using a good quality citrus fertilizer, it already contains sufficient Potassium. As for Epsom salt, which is Magnesium Sulphate I only add it in small amounts when I see signs of Magnesium deficiency (inverted green Christmas tree in the center of the leaf). Meyer lemons are particularly heavy users of Magnesium; because of that our fertilizer mix includes 2% Mg.
