What do you think of using all that chrome with this light fixture , clear shade and mirror?

What is your paint color? I think a nice black metal with gold (pics below) or glass with black cord would be nice. Are you going to mount it on the wall or you need pendants? As lefty47 said nothing needs to be match if you pick the right style. I upload an inspiration photo for you to see.

My inspiration was from a pic with a double pendant light. Very difficult to find with a nice simple curve to frame mirror. Most are single or 3+.

The paint is Benjamin Moore Stonington Gray.
So that double pendant I originally chose comes in a rich bronze as well . The shades are interchangeable, here it’s copper but I could keep the clear bell shape or even go with a mercury glass .
If so, what about the mirror ?

Hello rams90--while I think sometimes it's ok to mix metals, it needs to be done with finesse. I would do a high contrast mix, meaning your polished chrome with antique brass, for example. I would never mix polished chrome with satin nickel, because that will come off looking like an error. Nickel tends to be on the warm side of silver, and chrome is on the cool side. They are different. In a space this small, I would stick with chrome as my metal but perhaps add black or some other finish when selecting the light fixture.

I think if you are using pendant light choose the glass-black one for powder room.

Thanks so much! You all are giving me confidence and I will be purchasing the double pendant in rich bronze, with the glass shades , and a simple mirror in bronze . It’s a little scary but I’m going for it .
The colorful tile was out of my comfort zone, so this is big one for me . I will sleep well tonight :)))

I am not a big fan of those 2lights, but I like 2 pendants light.

Maybe nice bronze or brass frame mirror with black-brass light with be a good option for your powder room. I think you have blue-navy tiles which is very nice with those metals.

Wish i had more choices for a 2 light pendant that “ frames” the mirror . Not giving up on my inspiration pic just yet . But If the 2 light pendant doesn’t look good, I will take down and put up a sconce - like the ones you posted Parrox Studio. Those were some really pretty ones.

Parox Studio, you have any online resources to suggest for lighting . In terms of the 2 light pendant, I’m finding slim pickings .
Maybe I am just settling with this plain one...

This is off topic, but do you like that vanity, I’m thinking it’s from Pottery Barn and I’ve had my eye on it for a while for when we update our powder/guest bath. I love polished chrome, and agree with other posters who’ve advised to mix with black metal, brass or something contrasting and not chrome or brushed nickel.

Yes, it is PB! It’s on the low side , but fine for my powder room.
A lot of chrome going on with that piece, so I’m definitely taking the feedback and going with a dark bronze mirror and lighting .

P.S. this powder room is gorgeous. Exactly the look I want, where is the tile from by the way? It’s not too trendy, but still looks fresh and modern.

I got the tile at a local shop in SoCal...
here’s some of the info about the tile .
You’ll notice, the tile can be placed differently . At the tile shop, they had a totally different layout then mine or one below.
