My plan was to put down winterizing fertilizer this Saturday, however, here in eastern MA we‘ve had a couple days in the teens and the ground is frozen solid. Tomorrow is going to be in the 40s and Sunday rain. Am I ok to still apply tomorrow? I just don’t want it to sit on top of the soil and wash away on Sunday.
