Cabbage leaves on a Pixie mandarin

I'm headed off for 3 weeks in Tahiti tomorrow so don't know what if anything I can do for this guy. He looks healthy in every way except the new leaves are crumple-y and wrinkley looking. If it's a nutrient it's missing or a pest that I'm missing would you let me know? Still have time to try to make it right.
