I'd want the third tray for utensils which isn't included with the 75UC.

I purchased an 800 series DW from Bosch last year and was very happy with the performance and how quiet it was. I believe it was just over $800 at the time with a promotion at Sears. I agree that the third rack was great. One thing to note that I appreciated knowing in advance is that Bosch DWs don’t dry plastic well; I don’t use much plastic so it’s no problem for me but I think it’s helpful to know in advance.

In Consumer Reports testing, many Bosch models performed about the same even though their prices varied widely. The Bosch 100 Series SHXM4AY55N is probably the best deal that has the appearance you want. You can save some money by going with the Bosch 100 Series SHEM3AY55N. (Personally I like to be able to see the controls and the timer like on the cheaper one.)
