My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.
You may want to consider that this is not C. loddegesii. The side lobes of the former tend to close more around the column, which tends to be fatter and more pronounced. The overall shape, lightness of texture and ruffling of the petals tends to suggest that it has been crossed with a unifoliate cattleya. It could be a primary hybrid.
