Vintage China from Kroger circa lat 1970's

I am looking for information anyone might have on this china set, handed down to me from my Grandma, who began the collection in the late 1970's from Kroger. She has passed, and my Aunt gave me the collection, but there's not much more she can tell me about it. In my research, I find a lot for sale, but no information on the history of this set. TIA
