My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Hi! I love this look! Can you tell me what the stain is on the wood elements? Also what the trim color is? Thank you!

    Hi! We are thrilled you love this look!

    The stain for the wood is: Sherwin Williams Woodscapes 3524 in Chestnut Semi-transparent.

    The trim color is: Sherwin Williams Snowbound 7004 Flat

    What type of stone and grout did you use on this home. It turned out great with the gray siding

    @MastersTouch Construction, Inc. sorry for not seeing this comment till now! The columns above the stacked stone are trimmed out in cedar and the structural beams above are doug fir with the exposed portions treated with a marine grade sealer.

    @Kari Giese Emery The stone is Eldorado Banff Spring Cliffstone and we didn't use any grout. The stone is "dry stacked".
