Hello all, MY wife and I have a dilemma. We just finished building our new house and closed last week. The living rooms windows are all faux wood blinds and we were going to go with curtains in the kitchen. The ceiling is 15' and we were trying to decide how high to put the curtain rod, (we had a curtain from Home Depot and realized not only was it not the right one, but the rod was too low. The blue tape marks are 90" and 96". Should we do the 96" Also, the distance to the drawer on the right is only 8" and doesn't match the distance on the left. Knowing that, would it be a dumb idea to try and pin it back on both sides or just let it hang. I wanted it to be about 5" or so on both sides so the curtains could hang down and not block the door handle. Thoughts? Thank you!!
