Help with paint colour please...

Main floor open concept, hardwood is hickory but stained what I would consider more like a mahogany colour (no purple tones in it).

Large windows and patio door, facing south and west however in Toronto so get gray winter and short days for what feels like forever. Huge 100+ yr old tree prevents a lot of sun from coming in- basically we get that late afternoon sun (when no one is home to see it), then it's dark. My house has always felt dark but it could be the deep olive walls I currently have (so sick of the greens I have).

New furniture ordered: navy velvet sectional, "off white" shag rug, "ivory" velvet curtains, "wheat" boucle chair, walnut tables, white side accent table (very white), accents in antique brass. Mid century style (think Article and West Elm). Accent will be cognac or mustard type colour (in cushions) or would like the option of changing it out with pale gray and the newest pink. Horror or all horrors, I've not seen any of these pieces, I simply grew sick of my decor and ordered EVERYTHING online late one night while my husband and kids were sleeping. But I'm visualizing it all looking good together.

Wood burning fireplace in corner, no mantel, (flat front) thinking of doing a ceramic tile (found a look here that I am in love with). Tile would be off white and very shiny and textured. Not committed to this though.

Totally lost picking a paint. Normally my go-to's are Collingwood, Classic Gray (I do staging in my line of work) but I've never picked a "white" to paint with. Don't want any pink undertones and I'm concerned that my floor will throw some shade to my walls in the form of red tones. But concerned that a pale gray-white will be too cool with the ivory drapes and antique brass colour (and read mauve). Equally concerned that other warm whites will read yellow.

I've considered White Down, Huntington white, Ivory white, and Silver Satin (Silver Satin is on same line as my favs Collingwood and Balboa Mist).

I do prefer painting with Sherwin Williams (but will use B Moore).

If you're still with me, thanks for following along and for any help you can offer me with suggestions!
