Houzz always stalls when I try to vote in a poll and I can't tell whether my vote resgistered or not. I like the 2nd more sculptural fixture in your space, but I think either would look good.

I like the first one, but concern would it be too big for your space?

OP, I'll tell you why I chose B for your space. The rectangular shape of it echoes the table shape and the picture frames. It's spare, meaning it won't block the view to your art too much. It's also airy which reminds me, in a way, of your art (substance moving through air or liquid).

Not A. It is too big and all those spikes pointing down where diners are sitting could make people uncomfortable. B is too lightweight to balance the mass of the table and chairs.

Not crazy about either.

@D M I know you guys are saying that "B" is too lightweight and plain for the space, but what do you mean by saying that "A" is too big? My table's width and length is bigger than the Chandelier, so, that would make it shed light only on the table, and not on the people (To eliminate harsh or uncomfortable light on them).

Since It isn't shown with your table, I can't tell if it is narrower. I am in a space regularly that had a chandelier that had spikes pointing down like that. It made the space oppressive and felt like a bunch of swords pointing at my head. It is from that experience that I made the comment. It may not bother you at all.

I am sorry, I don't have one. It wasn't quite equivalent because it was in a lobby and much bigger. I discovered the spikes could be unscrewed so I replaced them with a small loop lamp finial. I don't know if the spikes are still around. There were about 24 six inch spikes

I live in the world of go big or go home! With that said, it is Big and that's exactly why I love it. Lighting is the Jewelry of house in my opinion, so dress this pretty girl up and show her off! Don't allow traditional boundaries and guidelines hinder you from living your best life! Because at the end of the day...It's a freaking Light...Change it if you don't like it and sell the light to me, LOL!
