As of now (subject to change at any moment), my company has not authorized company gifts beyond a team lunch- or more accurately, hasn't approved dollars to be expensed for team gifts. The team has opted to do a potluck rather than going out to lunch-- not really my preference but I appreciate that they enjoy sharing their food and enjoying others'. I'd like to give gifts to each of the team members.

In past positions, I have given specially selected gifts to each employee-- for instance one year I gave each an experience gift specific to their interests (tickets to a sporting event, a play, cirque de soleil) and time off to attend. That won't really work here -- and I'd like to keep gifts under $50 each.

Here are my ideas so far -- not completely happy with any of them:

• Mrs Prindables + a gift card (likely chosen based on their interests)
• Nicer beverage bottles like s'well or yeti cups (few drink coffee.. but all drink water) with candy or a gift card.
• A gift card tree--with 3-5 smaller gift cards

One additional note, not all celebrate Christmas-- but they have very enthusiastically embraced secret santa (small gifts daily-- lotion, chocolate, etc).

Any other/better ideas?
