For the awards and belts, I like one of those peg style coat hangars that you use in a hallway, She can hang multiple awards on each peg... and you could even do a diy one if you were up to it.

I love the chenille area rugs from Target. They are about 3 x 5 I bought two of them about 10 years ago (at least) and they are still going pretty strong. I like that I can shake the dust out of them outside and run them through the wash and/or dryer to clean. I use a rug pad underneath to make them a bit more comfy and to make sure they don't slip so much. I have one in a mixed green, and one in a mixed purple. I know I've seen pink as well (not sure what you're looking for). They make a nice cozy spot to sit on the floor and read, play, whatever.

You could easily do a cork bulletin board behind her desk so she could hang whatever art she wanted to on it. Then drape hanging lights over the headboard. We like the idea of a wall mount coat rack for her martial arts belts. For displaying awards, she should be able to put them on top of the dresser or you could mount a shelf on top of the coat rack. For the window you could just get a white roller shade or valance.
