Avocado plant needs help!

Needing help... I attached pictures. This is on the branches of my 6yr dwarf avocado plant. Any idea what it might be? I live in zone 5, so it stays outside in summer and inside in winter. It's in a pot. I can provide more info, if needed. Thank you!
