Recommendation for induction range..

I'm trying to make a decision on a 30" slide-in range. I have considered dual-fuel, gas and induction, but am leaning towards induction. Because of the negative reviews of the Aqua Clean oven, I am looking at Electrolux, Frigidaire or GE.

I would love to hear feedback on any of those three induction ranges.

I have the Frigidaire Gallery slide-in induction. I've only been using it for about 3 weeks though (kitchen is not quite done). So far I like it. Do you have any specific questions?

I have the KitchenAid KFID500(0) induction double-oven free-standing range. Purchased May 2017. It has true-self cleaning for both ovens, not Whirlpool's Aqua-Clean. I wanted/needed double ovens and that was the only induction range. GER hadn't come out with their slide-in double-oven induction range yet.

Is Bosch out of the running? They make a fine induction range.

i also have a bosch cooktop, and love it. I believe they also make a slidein range.

I have the Samsung chef collection duo flex. I love it. When I was looking, it and the Bosch were equally well rated and the Samsung had more features, like being able to divide the oven so that you can cook at 2 different temperatures

I have an Electrolux slide-in, previous model to Dlm2000's, built Nov. 2011. More features than the Frigidaire that may or may not be considered useful to you. 2 speed convection fan, high for Convection Roast and Convection Broil and Preheat, low for convection bake and dehydrate, 23 heat levels counting PowerBoost,I think Frigdaire has 19-still plenty of adjustment. At about 2 1/2 years I needed service due to power company surge when they broke a power pole while moving it and blacking out half the town, luckily we had an extended Sears warranty and while having to wait some time for diagnosis and parts ordering and repair, wife was not at all happy about that, the past 3 years have been problem free including self-clean occasionally. I might recommend seriously considering the Frigidaire slide-in, a very good price-little more than an induction cooktop- still with the benefits of multistep induction heat levels and convection along with low price- to make a future out of warranty repair or replace decision less expensive or traumatic. Do buy an extended warranty. No personal experience with the GE but there are several threads here about both the first and current GE Induction ranges.

I had a Bosch 30" induction slide in range I loved it so much when we built our new house I installed a Bosch 36" induction cooktop.

The one thing I didn't like about my range was the controls and they have improved it with the new model. You used to have to +/- every increment in power, but now they have a scale from 0 - 10 which works great.

Among six tested induction ranges, two slide-in, Consumer Reports rated the GE Profile PHS930SLSS the highest. There are 276 consumer reviews on Home Depot which should give you a pretty good idea of how it preforms. (At $2350 it's also $750 less than a Bosch induction range sold by HD.)

I've had an Electrolux freestanding for close to two years and it's been fine so far. I opted not to invest in a slide-in as I'd not had induction before and was skeptical about longevity. I looked at them though and probably would have chosen the Bosch as I didn't care for the appearance of the Electrolux. I really like the hob layout on the one I have - they are spread out in the four corners of the top. Not sure if I liked the Bosch as well.
