Maybe it's not what you expected but aqua and red are beautiful together.

Aqua is especially appropriate in a bathroom.

Before panicking consider it may be serendipity?

You might try different light bulbs and see if that makes a difference, but I agree with Lori A that aqua and red are a great color combination.

Since it sounds like the glass was transparent, what color thinset was used? It really can alter the result.

Most clear glass has a green tinge to it unless it's a very expensive glass made not to have it like some shower surround glass. Color change happens with a lot of glass tile. I agree that aqua is gorgeous with red. Red, black and white is a bit harsh unless you are going retro.

I agree with blondelle , unless you get an expensive bright white tile, most have that green look. You can try changing the color of the light bulbs to see if that makes a difference.

The color you see will not change with light bulbs. Do over. Take away the red unless it is tile. All of it.

Either way, nobody can truly advise minus a photo of the problem and the entire bath.

Aqua and red look great together, so I would just add a few accessories in the same lighter colored aqua and tie it altogether. It will look great.
