what do you think of this combo?

thinking of this light grey sofa with these 2 teal/blue arm chairs right across from it (with a coffee table in the middle). do you think these would work well? I was originally thinking of getting the darker sofa pictured below but felt like the light grey would look nicer... but the only thing is I have a toddler & I'm afraid the couch would get dirty easily :( Thoughts on this? If it's a good combo, I'm also open to any rug ideas or pillow ideas too! thanks so much!!!
