Rugs can help define the different spaces. I see you already have one rug in what appears to be the living area. So place your sofa with its back to the next area (dining, I presume) so that it creates a natural division of the two spaces. If you want more separation, consider a folding screen.

Interesting tub. It looks like you can kneel and pray before entering it. The light fixture doesn't look like it would pass code as you could stand up in tub and touch it, never a good idea.

I was being sarcastic about the light.. It is awful!

The photo you saw was the before ripped out old floors, fixtures and repainted,tiled etc....

I realized that you would not be keeping the light fixture and was merely commenting on it's dubious desirability.:)
