These are somehow put on to some sort of board, like a picture, not three D or fake plastic flowers. They have been on this business railing for over 6 years and no fading or wear. I guess Ill have to knock in their door and ask. no window box, no fake flower, just the awesome picture of them mounted on wearherproof board? Just wondering. The cutouts of the kids are made the same way.
