My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

How much did the whole setup cost?

    Happy New Year, and thanks for your question.


    The whole setup would include this elevation as well as the rear elevation (which I've inserted here), and was around $65k, inclusive of the custom metal ladder & rod, and custom millwork bed.


    Keep in mind., though, this was 2014 though, so the same work would cost more today.
