Very pretty furniture, wall color, and bedding.

I would go a bit bigger on the artwork than 11x14 size in the Etsy link. I like the artwork, the nice beach pics. I just think they might get lost on the wall. I would place them on either side of the window.

I would focus on curtains that extend further out on either side of the window and have a bit more substance to them. Also the bedside lamps seem out of sync with the rest of the room.

Here is the rule for hanging curtains.

Your room would be transformed if painted in a very pale blue, and would work well with your furniture and bedding. I would update your window treatments with soft roman shades. You would have better light when opened, and they would be easier to close all the way for evening.

Have you tried flipping/swapping the location of the bed and/with the chest, with the chest going on the right hand side of the window, and the chair in between the chest and closet? Does that make sense? (It doesn’t to me and I wrote it!) And I like the idea of doing a shade, rather than long curtains, like calidesign suggested. If you really like the curtains with sheers look, then do it properly by sizing them correctly (they’re very skimpy as-is) and hanging them on separate (double) rods. If nothing else, at least get a new, beefier rod because what is there is sagging. ;)

Just wondering if you swapped the furniture around like I suggested? If so, I’m dying to see it! Besides looking good, arranging the furniture that way with the chair next to the closet under the window, and then the chest and mirror to the right of that, is the practicality of it as a dressing/grooming/reading area. (Ladies will especially appreciate having the natural light to apply their makeup by!) Oh, and the coral prints can go right above the nightstands. :)

Not quite sure what Sammy meant but here’s a go... wall 1 has closets on it. Next to it is wall 2 with window and bed. Wall 3 has window, chest and chair. Wall 4 has dresser. Can the bed go on wall 4, and move dresser to corner of wall 2 and 3, and chair to corner of wall 1 and 2, and perhaps chest can go at foot of bed?

I would put the bed where the hutch is. I think the hutch looks small and lost on the big wall and the bed looks jammed in front of the window. You could then put the low blanket cabinet at the end of the bed. Fuller curtains and then figure your art.

We suggest getting bigger lamps and doing curtains across the back wall. Here is what one of our bedroom designs look like which might help. Note the lamps? We would also try a throw at the end of the bed.
