Where are you planning on growing them - on a fence, up a tree, up a building? I do not trust what roses are "supposed to do". In my experience in a warm climate, almost 100% of all roses I have planted get WAY larger/taller than they are "supposed" to. I cannot remember what climate you garden in, but I am having trouble imagining a climbing rose which gets 8/9 ft tall and only 1-2 feet wide (Ozeana) in any climate, unless it is pruned that way relentlessly. If I were you, I would search all over to find actual pictures of these roses when they are mature, and perhaps someone on here will be able to tell you how they grow in real life, in their garden. Then you will have more accurate data to base your placement decisions on.
