My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    This product is a high performance PVC membrane that protects the substructure of the deck and any living space below. It is manufactured by Deksmart Products. It is a great slip resistant waterproof decking for many applications. Here's a link to the Deksmart site.
