My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Thanks for compliment.

    The wood floor was an existing 2-1/4" wide red oak from the early 70's as the kitchen was the formal dining room before the renovation.

    The floor was sanded down, stained a medium brown to match the existing house wood floor, then 3 coats of satin finish polyurethane was applied.
