Is your house 1 or 2 story? Which direction is the closest to outside wall? You could go up a little & turn to L or R, closest to exterior.

If you can run an 8" vent duct up through the attic space through the roof you can replace the micro with a hood.

On the propane issue you can explore induction ranges like one from Frigidaire or Bosch. Any magnetic pan will work. All your cast iron pans will work. Induction uses a magnetic field to heat the pan. More responsive that gas. Simple cleanup with a paper towel and spritz of soap because the glass top just gets warm not 750* like your current stove.. You can use a silicone pad if you think your pans will scratch. AJMadison has the manuals for different models. Find a local appliance store with something set up for you to try.

I second the induction range idea. They boil water in no time and you wouldn't have to replumb/ redo a whole lot.
