Have you considered a black door? I think that would look nice. Of the three colors you asked about I would vote for the green or red. The red being my last choice only because it does not offer as much of a contrast with the brick.

I would to add a color for consideration…white front door and white shutters.

I’m suggesting white because your storm door is white (I like the storm and door to match) and I think white will also call attention to the interesting trim on the edge of the brick.

And, white is my favorite color.

Just jumping in here to add that I loved your first visual idea of a creamy yellow door against crisp white trim and hearty red brick with your black shutters. A yellow that's warm and light without being too saturated will radiate sunshine from your entry and read cleanly through a clear glass storm door's reflection (if that's what I think I'm seeing there). Kelly Moore had a color called Full Sun that would be perfect for this, with Aloha as a lighter variant.

I like the black, teal or dark green. I also agree, it needs to be high gloss paint. The question is, what do you like? As others have already said, you have a darling house!

I vote a blue-green door. Looks really nice with the brick. On this house, I think they also painted the trim in a very pale shade of green. I love the window boxes, would look quite charming on your home too:)
