Most of the sheds in our area are elevated plywood floor. The floor is elevated by concrete block.

I think that answers the question about keeping things dry and probably relatively easy to build. Just need to look into ideas to keep underground critters away

Good luck on that one. I don't know how many groundhogs we have shot. Those little buggers tunnel under the blocks. My husband fills in any holes and pounds rebar in the ground where he filled in so they can't dig in that spot again. One reason for blocks is in our area if a shed is anchored to like a cement pad it is considered a permanent structure and is taxes. Up on blocks it is considered movable and is not taxed.

I do. It depends on your settings on if you get emails that someone commented on your post or a post that you commented on.
