Does this tub need to be secured to the floor?

Some of the freestanding tubs have reviewer comments that say it was unstable when they got in and out and needed to be secured. I can’t find anywhere what the weight requirements would be that would not require this, so am needing to ask about each individual tub that I am interested in.
