I'm wondering which stone I should use on the fireplace surround. The firebox is 60" wide and 24" high. I have two French Provincial chairs, a modern style cream colored leather sofa and Asian inspired coffee/side tables. Walls are painted a soft blue-green shade. I also have a large 7 ft by 6 ft window, so there's lots of light. I'm thinking of an off-white quartzite with slight grey marbling (1st pic) or a polished marble (2nd pic). I'm not sure which stone would go best with what I have. Help!
