Oh good grief... pay no attention to the above post. They look like gnats to me. Go to Home Depot and you can buy bug spray in large jugs with built in spray hose and nozzle, you can spray the entire baseboard areas of your entire condo. You can also use it to spray outside around door and window areas to help keep bugs including ants and spiders at bay. If you think they are coming in any damaged areas or where there are gaps, like in the one picture get yourself a tube of silicone, either clear or white, whichever matches the area and fill those areas. Cut a small hole in the tube, squeeze it in then come behind it with a very wet soapy finger (cup of water with liquid dish soap in it, dip your finger) and dress the caulking out, you will get a very nice smooth finish this way.
