Hi, have you decided yet? The most useful feature of the ledge sink is the ability to use a cutting board inside it and thus contain the mess and clean up easily. Most ledge sinks also offer colanders and bowls for the ledges that increase the functionality. Be aware that you'll need quite a large sink, 40" or longer, to hold all the accessories at once, so for most people, a smaller sink with perhaps just a single ledge for a cutting board is sufficient. If you have space for a 4- or 5-foot sink, then the accessories with a ledge sink are a game-changer as far as your production sequencing. I wouldn't call the Ruvati your only good option by any means if you are still considering a ledge sink. Ruvati is better quality than Kohler, in my opinion, but you should consider a few other brands as well.
