Looks like you have demo done! What is your style? Budget? Is this diy or are you hiring a contractor?

Wow. No plan before demo? First, make sure you waterproof the tub surround. Doesn’t look like that was done before. What’s your style? Get some inspiration photos together. There are 100s of options.

Couple of ideas I like

When will people learn to NOT DEMO BEFORE YOU HAVE A PLAN.

Start by getting proper measurements, hiring a professional to come in and waterproof (DO NOT DIY), install new flooring, then look for a vanity. After that you can begin doing the decor such as mirror, paint, etc.

Thanks for the comments guys! Fortunately I do have a plan. I guess I should re-write what I was looking for. I just wanted to see if anyone had any ideas for this shape bathroom for inspiration. I am well aware of how to perform the work as I do this for a living full-time. The floor space is roughly 5x7. Was just asking for pictures lol. Thanks!

Hi James!

I like the 2nd photo that you posted as far as style. A walk-in shower with a large clear shower enclosure would make the bath look larger. The only difference is the toilet in that picture is not next to the shower/bath as in your bath. I don't think you are going to relocate the toilet? Bottom line is, when the bath is that small, keeping it light and airy is the key to creating a larger look.

You build without designing anything first?? Or even measuring properly? What waterproofing system do you use?

Why not develop a relationship with a local designer to cover your weak spots?

Your first picture has a tub and your second a shower. Are you keeping the tub? I don't recommend glass doors with tracks - they're a pain to keep clean.

Is this a master bath? If it is and you have another bathroom with a tub, I would go with getting rid of the tub and doing a shower with a glass door. It will make the room feel much larger.

@tartenmeup I'm keeping the tub. This particular property is a flip I'm doing. I'm going to keep it pretty basic.

Thanks for the awesome comments guys. If you have any ideas of TILE design again please share.

I think the second one where the same tile continues through the shower area makes the room feel much larger than it is.

Thanks Jamie! That's what I'm looking for lol. I appreciate you!

I prefer the style of th esecond picture. However, since this is a flip and you're keeping the tub, then going with neutral colours is best. As for style, just remember that everyone's taste is different so try to stay away from custom styling as much as possible.

I agree with Pugga70. Stay away from accent tiles and the like. My vote is to keep it simple and all white. Glass panel for tub or a white shower curtain hung at ceiling height (which means an extra long or custom shower curtain). Keep it neutral on the floor as well. Floating vanity with spacious drawers. Art above the toilet. Don't know what your budget is but I'd be looking at a recessed medicine cabinet if replacing the mirror.

Here's a couple of bathrooms I've done at few properties I've sold in the past.

Not my aesthetic but they look nicely done. I like the sconces in the first picture. That's the most flattering light in a bathroom.

Thank you! The one with the sconces I ended up keeping.

Old post but realized I never posted the finished product.

Old post but just realized I never posted the finished product! 😫

Must be a flip u left all the old plumbing and went over what was there. The no shower door is dead giveaway.
