If we replace our tub do we have to redo all the tile?

We have a tub that was painted several years ago and at the time we had new tile floors and surround installed. The tub has peeled and I'd like to replace it. Will it require replacing all of the floor tile and surround as well? Thank you.

If you have or can get the matching tile it should not be a big deal. One course would have to be removed above tub and maybe one course on the floor if the tub footprint is different.
