Cleaning Tips Flooring Bathrooms

Polyblend Grout Coming off as Powder during cleaning

I need advice. My contractor applied polyblend nonsanded grout charcoal Color to hex tiles on my accent wall. Seems the wall is not meant to be cleaned. Each time I wipe the grout it comes off like chalk off a chalkboard. Contractor Installation problem or someday the grout will stop shedding grout powder?

Did you ever resolve this? I am having the exact same issue. I can wipe my finger over the same line 10 times and powder still comes off.
