They all achieve your goal of a pale neutral which is lighter than what you have now. I like the pale oak, but then I always suggest a shade of blue/green so that is my taste. The other two are pretty, do you like the tone on tone as much as your husband? How does your furniture look against the three choices?

I like the Pale Oak too, but I'm worried it makes the trim look orange.

There is not much furniture in those areas. Kitchen cabinets are reddish cherry.

Yes, I agree in that picture. The other choices don't do that? Probably should go with one of them.

I really like the muslin with your trim. The pale oak looks blue to me in most of your photos. My friend has muslin throughout her main level, and it feels light but not washed out. It has been a versatile color for her to decorate around, too.

I think Muslin is a safe choice...I think I just wish it were a little lighter.

Maybe Navajo white is the way to go, then. I personally love the tone on tone look....I prefer the softer look rather than the having the wall color and trim ”pop”

Have you looked at BM natural cream? Im not sure how it would compare to your trim, but I have read it is similar to Pale Oak but without the blue undertones.
