My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Adding a basement bathroom.

Everyone can use an extra bathroom so why not take that unused space in the basement and convert it into a functional area. Adding a bathroom always increases ones’ quality of life.

    One note....
    Always close the toilet seat for photos, even in the “before” pictures.

      And how much did that particular basement bathroom cost? Adding a bathroom is not like adding a closet. That cost will be the deciding factor for many families.

      Question- did you install a pump in the floor to eject the water/waste from the bathroom?

      Or are you using an upflush system? We are considering a half bath in the basement & deciding between the two...
