The cabinets are cherry and we used a natural oil finish on them Most of the counter tops are a leather finished granite and on the other side of the higher counter is a wood cutting surface with an additional sink. The refrigerator is a Summit, a small, efficient and very quiet. unit. We made the eco choice to go small on refrigeration which suits our lifestyle because we eat directly from the garden for 8 months and have a porch right off the kitchen for additional storage if needed in the winter.. The walls are finished with American Clay plaster which actually handles spills remarkably well. Because a size measurement wouldn't be accurate it might be more helpful to tell you that there is approximately 27 linear feet of counter (including sinks and refrigerator).
