Pruning Very Overgrown Muscadine

So I recently discovered some very old and overgrown muscadine vines on my land. No clue they were there! They're on trellis that's sort of falling apart, and the vines are so overgrown I don't even know where to begin with pruning (I've never pruned grapevines before)
I tagged the very newest growth with orange tape. Can anyone give me some advice on how to to about this?
