Yes. They are easy from seed. Don't be in a rush to transplant the little grass like seedlings - by the end of the summer, you should have fairly decent little bulbs which can be in flower in the second year.

I've wintersown quite a lot of lillies. If they don't sprout, set the pots aside. I've had quite a few come up the second year.

Do tiger lilies count? I grew some from bulbils, started in the fall of 2004. They put out foliage, but did not flower until 2008. Since then, they have spread all over to different pots, and are one of the few plants still in my garden.
