I would do two the same I think . A pic from further back would help getting a feel for the space.The one where the window is needs to hang in the space to be seen in the window

Do a large chandelier in the entrance that commands alot of drama and the lovely setting you have. A small flush mount fixture that will coordinate with the chandelier. Best wishes!

I would do one large fixture in the center of the entire entrance area. Preferably that will center up with the center staircase. How tall are the ceilings on the entrance? It looks like they are the full two story height. I realize how hard it is to get a picture of the entire space so if possibly draw out the floor plan of this space to give us a feel of how everything likes up and where each feature (door, window, stairs etc) are.

I think too much lighting will clutter your space. the recessed on upper floor should be on 3 way switch, if chandelier is significant it will be enough light, or add sconce on stairs.
