We assisted with paint colors for this house and don't know a lot about the landscape architect's plan, but most of those palms are indigenous to the area and are called windmill palms...I believe they are of the dwarf kind. You may want to contact a local landscape designer to assist you on what may be best for your climate and landscape plan. Good luck!
