The two areas where the ceiling slopes up might be a good place for shelving or storage cabinets. We often use those areas for such since the low headroom prevents from being usable space. You might also consider additional lighting - perhaps recessed downlights just in case the windows and surface mounted fixture are insufficient. Seating would be great if there is enough room - a cushy chair with an ottoman maybe? Good luck and please post some after photos.
