What's happening to my orange tree?

Any idea what's wrong with my orange tree? Only one branch is like this and other branches are fine. It's been like this for about 2 months now. It started around the beginning of summer (I'm in Australia). It had resin like substance dripping from inside the splits, but now it's all dried up.
Any thought appreciated.
