My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

      Thank you! We got rid of the wall in the old kitchen that had the hood. And switch it to the other wall and we closed the opening into the dining room. Now that island can see the tv wall (not pictured) waiting on Roman shades.

      The island is approximately 6’x11’, it’s crystallo quartzite. We did the cabinets to fit the Biggest slab we could find. There are no seams. Thank you.

      You would be surprised how an island can enhance your kitchen space even in a small kitchen. Just make sure that you have a minimum of 36" to the cabinets around the island if on wheels and 48" if it is fixed island. Scale is everything!

      Rita, that’s funny you say that. The year before we renovated another kitchen in a Different home and all my choices were extremely safe. And at the end it was beautiful but boring. This time I want to make a statement in each room of my house.

      So the first 2 pictures are the Before? and the second 2 pictures are the After? I don't get what this post is about. Cause the rooms all look brand new, but unrelated.
