if it doesn't feel like the bathroom is a completely different house than the rest of the room, like if the bathroom was modern whereas the kitchen is farmhouse and the den is bohemian yes it would look ridiculous but if you have the same general style going throughout your rooms then it doesn't matter how many finishes as long as they're not different finishes with in the same room.

White and many other painted "colors" can look great in a bath. Your bath begins with the tiles.......and before that? A good layout. It doesn't begin with the vanity, other than its size within a good layout. Also a "feel" appropriate to other style and elements in your home.

I like it when the bath cabinets match the kitchen. It makes the house feel cohesive to me. But that is a personal preference and I am very minimalist, so do what you think looks and feels best. It is a different space and can have different finishes, but I would recommend either keeping the bathrooms all the same or matching the main bathrooms with the white or Adler and having a different finish in only the master.
