My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    This fixture and the three pendants in the background were purchased at Sonno, a boutique lighting store in Austin, TX in 2013, unfortunately they are now closed. I can't remember the manufacturer but they were and still are a wonderful selection that my designer picked, the total was over $2,300.00 for all four pieces. There are numerous online sources that can you can refer to and I'm certain that you can find something similar if not the exact fixture. I'm going to ping my designer and ask her, maybe she remembers.
